BLANK FUNCTIONAL TEST

All equipment, after fitting, is subjected to blank functional tests, simulating real working conditions, where possible, in order to certify equipment's compliance, tolerances and performances.

List of tests we made

After these tests, the following quality controls are implemented.

Correct assembly according to parts plan.

Dimensional check of the outside dimensions for the open and closed machine's positions.

Most important characteristics and premises control

Hydraulic circuit's control and pressure verification.

Air bubbles purging throughout the hydraulic installation

Hydraulic cylinders pressure tests (300 Bar).

Level check

Interlocking and triggering system operating tests.

Control of synchronism and mechanical transmission systems

Arm, claw or valve movement uniformity control.

Control of the correct closure of nails, mouths, teeth, clamps or claws.

Control of the electrical circuit

Carrying out of the different movements of the machine while empty

Measuring of closing and opening times while empty.

Temperature control (The thermostat must not be activated after 200 uninterrupted cycles).

Operational control of pressure switches, end of runs, sensors and other accessories.

Greasing of lubricated organs, components and joints.

Checking the absence of vibrations, rubbing and strange noises.

Revision of gaps in all joints.
